The TCC explained when the emergency alert teams are on duty
Regional mobilization centers provided details on the start times for mobilization teams and the hours during which they may conduct their activities. According to representatives of the regional mobilization centers, these teams work from morning until evening, and the military personnel involved often serve 14–16 hours a day.
At the same time, the composition of the teams, their routes, areas of operation, and specific locations for conducting activities are determined on a case-by-case basis. The organization of their work depends on the assigned tasks and the operational situation.
Schedule of the TCC alert teams: when they go out on their routes
TCC alert teams typically work from 6:00 a.m. until approximately 7:00–8:00 p.m. However, the exact duration of their work depends on how the service is organized and the tasks assigned to each team.
The heads of the Chernivtsi City and District Territorial Recruitment Centers described the specifics of their work during a meeting of the parliamentary temporary investigative commission.
Andriy Revetskyi, acting head of the Chernivtsi City Territorial Recruitment Center, explained that the composition of the teams may vary depending on available personnel and the assigned tasks. The teams include representatives of the Territorial Recruitment Centers and police officers.
“Typically, the teams work from 6 a.m. until 7 or 8 p.m. A daily order is issued specifying the composition of the teams, the districts, and the locations where activities will take place,” Revetskyi noted.
The work of the public notification teams is organized based on the corresponding daily order. This order, in particular, specifies the composition of each team, as well as the districts and locations where the relevant activities will take place.
Separate routes, specific neighborhoods, streets, or other locations are designated for each group. There, they carry out activities to alert citizens and verify military registration documents.
Service members may perform their duties for 14–16 hours
Oleksandr Obukh, acting head of the Chernivtsi District Territorial Coordination Center, noted that the actual duration of tasks performed by military personnel involved in such work may exceed the time period during which the alert group is directly on duty.
“Military personnel carry out their duties for 14–16 hours a day. They have a maximum of one day off per week,” Obukh said.
According to him, the duration of a specific team’s work depends on how the service is organized and the tasks that need to be completed.

In the Odesa region, the number of suspects in the case of violence at the TCC has risen to 13.
As a reminder, the National Police have intensified their investigation into possible abuses in the work of the TCC, specifically regarding the processing of reservations and the decision-making of military medical commissions.
Earlier, Lubinets reported that there were hundreds of “hostages” at the Berehove Military Medical Commission.
Following this, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, reported planned disinformation campaigns against the Ombudsman’s Office and himself personally after violations were uncovered during inspections of the TCC and the Special Commission in Zakarpattia Oblast. According to him, instead of addressing the violations, “activists” began a coordinated effort to discredit the results of the monitoring visits.
