Ukrenergo does not anticipate any power outages on July 10
No scheduled power outages are expected in Ukraine on Saturday, July 12. At the same time, Ukrenergo is urging Ukrainians not to overload the power grid and to use high-power electrical appliances primarily during the day.
According to the company, as of now, there is no need to impose planned power restrictions on Saturday. This means that Ukrainians can expect a stable power supply, provided the situation in the power grid does not change.
At the same time, energy officials emphasize that the situation during the war remains unstable. The power grid’s operation can be affected by the consequences of Russian attacks, emergencies, or a sharp increase in consumption. That is why forecasts may be adjusted depending on the circumstances.
Ukrenergo notes that the power grid is currently operating normally, and dispatchers are constantly monitoring the balance between electricity production and consumption. Although there are no scheduled power outages, the company urges Ukrainians to be responsible in their electricity consumption. This helps reduce the load on the grid and maintain stable power system operations throughout the country.
First and foremost, they recommend using high-power electrical appliances during daytime hours, when the load on the grid is lower. This includes washing machines, water heaters, electric ovens, air conditioners, and other appliances that consume a lot of electricity. “The use of high-power electrical appliances should be shifted to daytime hours—from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.,” Ukrenergo emphasized. This was reported by the National Electricity Company “Ukrenergo.”
