Ukrenergo has announced whether there will be power outages on April 15
No power restrictions are planned in Ukraine on Wednesday, April 15.
This was reported by NPC "Ukrenergo" on its official Facebook page. Energy officials note that the state of the power grid allows for meeting consumer needs without implementing restrictions.
Despite the absence of a shortage, the company urges citizens to use electricity rationally. In particular, they recommend using the most energy-intensive appliances during the hours when solar power plants are most active—from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This helps balance the load on the grid and effectively utilize renewable energy sources.
As a reminder, Ukraine will need nearly $91 billion over the next ten years to fully restore the energy sector.
Energy Minister Shmyhal discussed $1.4 billion in funding with the U.S. for energy sector recovery.
