Ukrposhta will deliver marriage certificates to a number of countries
"Ukrposhta" is joining the updated government service "Marriage Online 2.0" and will deliver marriage certificates to 48 countries in Europe and around the world. The company will announce the first country to which it will begin sending documents in September 2026.
After an online video wedding ceremony in the “Diya” mobile app, the entire process—from submitting the application to receiving the certificate—will be fully remote. The geographic expansion is planned in three phases; however, delivery will not be available to Russia or Belarus.
The project is being implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. By 2026, 40% of all marriages in Ukraine will have been registered electronically. Information on the list of destinations, delivery times, and costs will be published as each phase is launched.

As a reminder, “Ukrposhta” continues to install internal parcel lockers in its branches. They are currently operational in 15 regions of Ukraine and allow most customers to receive packages without waiting in the general line.
“Ukrposhta” has suspended operations at its last brick-and-mortar branch in the frontline town of Druzhkivka in the Donetsk region due to constant Russian shelling and the threat to employees and local residents.
