Igor Ilchenko, acting head of the National Social Service, reported income of ₴18,200 for 2025
Ihor Ilchenko, acting head of the National Social Service of Ukraine, reported 18,223 hryvnias in income in his 2025 electronic declaration.
This is evidenced by Ilchenko’s declaration.
Specifically, in 2025, he received 18,223 UAH in dividends, while his partner declared 9,488 UAH in income. Under joint ownership, Ilchenko listed 269,700 UAH in bank accounts and 200,000 UAH in cash.
According to the declaration, he uses a 153.8-square-meter residential building in Odesa, which belongs to his partner.
Among his vehicles, Ilchenko owns a 2017 PGMF 8902-L trailer and uses a 2012 BMW X1 (owned by his partner) and a 2019 Audi Q8.
As reported, on March 20, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Ilchenko as first deputy head of the National Social Service, and on March 25, as acting head.
Prior to this, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko submitted an electronic income declaration for 2025, indicating a total amount of 4,764,661 UAH.
