No power outages are planned in Ukraine on August 23
On Sunday, August 23, Ukraine does not plan to impose restrictions on electricity consumption. Ukrenergo reported that no power outages are expected for that day.
“Tomorrow, Sunday, no restrictions are planned,” the company said in a statement. At the same time, Ukrainians are urged to shift the use of high-power electrical appliances to daytime hours whenever possible. It is best to do this between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
This applies, in particular, to appliances that consume a lot of electricity in a short period of time. Shifting their use to daytime hours helps distribute the load on the power grid more evenly.
As a result, consumers will not need to refer to the hourly power outage schedules on Sunday. At the same time, the situation in the power grid may change, so Ukrenergo advises consumers to stay updated on the latest announcements. NEC Ukrenergo reported this on Telegram.
