Fuel prices have stabilized in Ukraine; diesel has become cheaper

As of April 24, 2026, Ukrainian gas stations have reported only minor changes in fuel prices. The average price of A-95 gasoline has remained virtually unchanged at approximately 73.31 UAH per liter.

This is evidenced by market monitoring data.

At the same time, diesel fuel has seen a slight decrease in price—averaging 88.31 UAH per liter. This is reported by market monitoring data.

At certain gas station chains, including UPG, KLO, and BRSM-Nafta, price reductions for gasoline and diesel have been recorded. Meanwhile, the most expensive fuel is traditionally offered by OKKO, WOG, and SOCAR, while lower prices remain at Ukrnafta and BRSM-Nafta gas stations.

Overall, the fuel market remains relatively stable, with no sharp price fluctuations.

As a reminder, since March 20, approximately 2 million Ukrainians have already taken advantage of the fuel cashback program. The vast majority of participants are owners of mass-market vehicles.

The Ministry of Economyhas announced when the cashback for January will be paid out.

The Ministry of Economy explained whether the “National Cashback” program will continue in July.

The government explained why they introduced a fuel cashback program instead of lowering fuel prices.
