The High Anti-Corruption Court will decide on a preventive measure for Tishchenko as early as tomorrow
On Friday, July 3, the High Anti-Corruption Court will hold a hearing to consider a motion by the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office regarding the imposition of a preventive measure on Member of Parliament Mykola Tyshchenko. The court must determine what specific preventive measure will be applied to the lawmaker based on the results of its review of the prosecutors’ motion.
“…The hearing on the motion to impose a preventive measure on a Member of Parliament of Ukraine is scheduled for July 3, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.,” the court stated.
As confirmed to Ukrinform by the High Anti-Corruption Court’s press service, the case concerns the imposition of a preventive measure on People’s Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko.
