The High Anti-Corruption Court set bail for Dubovyk from the Office of the President in the Forest Gump case
On August 21, an investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court partially granted the motion filed by a NABU detective and imposed a preventive measure on Viktor Dubovyk, Director General of the Directorate for Legal Policy at the Office of the President of Ukraine, — 60 days of pretrial detention, until October 17, 2026, with an alternative bail of 7 million hryvnias.
This was reported by the High Anti-Corruption Court.
If bail is posted in the amount determined by the investigating judge, the suspect is subject to the following obligations:
The investigating judge denied the defense attorney’s complaint regarding unlawful detention.
As a reminder, on August 21, the High Anti-Corruption Court imposed a preventive measure on Valentin Yelizarov, the head of PJSC “Metrobud.” He was remanded in custody until October 18, with the alternative of posting bail in the amount of 20 million hryvnia.
Iryna Mudra, the now-former deputy head of the Office of the President, has been detained. She is currently at the NABU, where investigative proceedings are ongoing.
