The High Anti-Corruption Court upheld the seizure of property belonging to Andriy Yermak, the former head of the Presidential Office
The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court upheld the decision to seize the assets of Andriy Yermak, the former head of the Office of the President. The court rejected the defense’s appeal.
The assets subject to seizure include an apartment in Kyiv, a Mercedes-Benz S 350 D, funds in bank accounts, and shares in the authorized capital of three limited liability companies.
The High Anti-Corruption Court noted that the seizure of assets was ordered as part of criminal proceedings concerning the alleged legalization (laundering) of funds through the construction of luxury cottages near Kyiv.

Investigators are insisting on keeping Yermak in custody with a probable bail set at 180 million hryvnias, given the scale of the financial transactions in the “Dynasty” cottage community. The judge is continuing to review procedural issues and is setting a schedule for further hearings.
On the evening of May 11, after receiving a notice of suspicion from the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, former Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak stated that he would not comment on the matter during the investigation.
