$12.7 billion in international aid to Ukraine by the end of the year depends on the decisions of the Verkhovna Rada
Ukraine could receive up to $12.7 billion in international support by the end of 2026; however, these funds are contingent on Ukraine’s fulfillment of specific conditions set by its international partners, including the passage of necessary laws by the Verkhovna Rada.
This funding is provided through the Ukraine Facility, the Ukraine Support Loan, as well as programs of the IMF and the World Bank.
In the near future, parliament is set to consider the anti-corruption strategy for 2026–2030, the launch of a competition for the Accounting Chamber, the reinstatement of certain provisions regarding state aid to businesses, and changes to industrial parks.
According to Roksolana Pidlasa, chair of the Budget Committee, the situation regarding state-guaranteed payments to military personnel and civilians is currently under control. At the same time, international support remains critically important for covering the budget deficit and financing the country’s needs.

On July 30, the European Union transferred another financial tranche of 3.47 billion euros to Ukraine. The funds will be used to support the country’s defense capabilities and finance priority state needs amid a full-scale war.
The European Union plans to provide Ukraine with 920 million euros to restore and strengthen its energy infrastructure ahead of the winter season. This was announced by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
