Military personnel were given instructions on how to return from the Northern Military District using a simplified procedure
Service members who have left their unit without authorization can voluntarily return to duty through a simplified process. The fastest option takes up to 12 days.
You can submit a request to return via the “Army+” app, the Army Recruitment Center, or directly at your military unit.
If submitted through “Army+” or a recruitment center, the request is reviewed within 7 days, after which the soldier is given an additional 5 days to report to the unit.
If a soldier applies directly to the unit, he may be immediately added to the roster of temporarily assigned personnel and have his food rations reinstated; after his documents are verified, other types of support will be restored.
The Army emphasizes that the procedure for resuming payments depends on whether the servicemember was officially removed from the rosters of their previous unit.

In just a few days, nearly 500 service members submitted reports requesting reinstatement after leaving their units without authorization via the “Army+” digital service. Dozens of them have already received approval, and some have actually returned to their units and are undergoing the re-enlistment process. The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that the mechanism is working and is already yielding practical results.
A servicemember with the call sign “Gor” has returned to the ranks of the Armed Forces thanks to the new mechanism for voluntary return from unauthorized absence from duty (SZCH), which was introduced by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
