Military registration document in “Reserv+” becomes primary — Svyrydenko
Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced on her Telegram channel that the military registration document in the “Reserv+” app is now the primary document for conscripts, persons liable for military service, and reservists.
According to Svyrydenko, the government adopted an updated procedure for issuing military registration documents — from now on, they will be created exclusively in electronic format.
Direct quote: “The Reserv ID becomes the main document for conscripts, persons liable for military service, and reservists. It can be obtained in the ‘Reserv+’ app.”
At the same time, it remains possible to obtain a paper version — it can be printed independently or at territorial recruitment centers.
Svyrydenko emphasized that the transition to electronic documents reduces the risk of loss or forgery and simplifies military registration procedures. To implement this decision, the government updated resolutions No. 1487 and No. 559.
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Defense plans to update the Reserv+ system in 2026 to speed up the process of medical commissions and reduce delays in issuing documents. The system will automatically track the time of medical examinations and the status of documents, helping identify bottlenecks and avoid problems. In addition, digital documents with QR codes will enhance the security and reliability of data.
