Over the past week, 144 families received housing loans under the eOselya program

Last week, as part of the "eOselya" program, Ukrainians took out 144 home loans totaling 277.4 million hryvnias. Residents of the Odesa, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions were the most active in taking out home loans.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.

Loans at 3% were received by:

  • 64 military personnel and security sector representatives;
  • 6 teachers;
  • 6 medical professionals;
  • 1 researcher.

Loans at 7% were provided to:

  • 42 Ukrainians who do not own their own homes;
  • 25 internally displaced persons.

Since the beginning of 2026, 3,250 Ukrainian families have already taken advantage of the "eOselya" program, receiving subsidized mortgages totaling over 6.3 billion UAH.

The largest number of loans under the program were issued in:

  • Kyiv Oblast – 52;
  • in the city of Kyiv – 32;
  • Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast – 10;
  • Lviv Oblast – 9.

As a reminder, the government plans to update the “eOselya” program.

The state-run “єОселя” program dominates the market and leaves no room for the development of market-based mortgages.

The National Bank of Ukraine has announced a change in approach to the implementation of the “єОселя” program, which supports mortgage lending to citizens. The new mechanism is planned to be introduced in early 2026.
