Attempted Assassination of Yermolayev: GUR Officer Reut Suspected of Killing Berezovskaya
People's Deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko stated that a current employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has been detained in connection with the murder of Anastasia Berezovskaya.
According to the MP, he is citing his own sources, who claim that the detainee’s last name is Reut. Goncharenko also reported that, according to the prosecutor’s office, the suspect allegedly confessed to the murder, which, according to the investigation, was committed together with another suspect.
There is currently no official confirmation of the detainee’s identity from law enforcement agencies or the Main Intelligence Directorate.

On July 6, the body of a woman suspected of attempting to murder sanctioned businessman Vadym Yermolayev in Monaco was found near Kyiv.

A large-scale operation is underway in Monaco to search for the perpetrator who attempted to assassinate Yermolayev.
