You can receive orders from Kasta for free via Ukrposhta

Kasta has launched free delivery of orders via “Ukrposhta” throughout Ukraine. The offer will be valid through November 1 and applies to products for which this delivery method is available.

The company notes that it is launching this offer amid increased forced downtime for brick-and-mortar retail due to air raid alerts.

To take advantage of the offer, select delivery via “Ukrposhta” when placing your order. You can pick up your package at any of the postal operator’s branches.

According to the Ukrainian Council of Shopping Centers, in August 2026, air raid alerts accounted for 21.8% of shopping centers’ operating hours—the highest figure on record. In July, the figure was 20.1%, and in August 2025, it was 9.4%.

On average, shopping centers lost the equivalent of 6.4 working days per month due to security alerts.

Ukrposhta has changed the operating rules for its branches during security alerts.

As a reminder, Ukrposhta continues to install in-branch parcel lockers. They are now operational in 15 regions of Ukraine and allow most customers to receive packages without waiting in the general line.

Ukrposhta has suspended operations at its last brick-and-mortar branch in the frontline town of Druzhkivka in Donetsk Oblast due to constant Russian shelling and the threat to employees and local residents.
