Asters or the lawyers could post bail for Yermak, according to sources
Sources in political circles have reported that a search is currently underway for individuals who could post bail in the case of Andriy Yermak, the former head of the President’s Office. The High Anti-Corruption Court has ordered him to be held in custody for 60 days as a preventive measure.
This was reported by sources.
Currently, among the potential individuals or entities considered as possible contributors of the bulk of the funds, lawyers from the Asters law firm or the firm itself are mentioned.
Also, according to sources, options for the involvement of Andriy Yermak’s acquaintances were discussed. In particular, Roza Tapanova is among those mentioned.
Roza Tapanova is a former business partner of Andriy Yermak, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine; she is a lawyer and a member of the supervisory boards of PJSC "Ukrnafta" and JSC "Oschadbank."
The High Anti-Corruption Court partially upheld the motion filed by the SAPO prosecutor and imposed a preventive measure on Andriy Yermak in the form of 60 days of pretrial detention.
As a reminder, the lawyer for former Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak stated that NABU detectives conducted searches of his apartment three times.
It is also known that Yermak discussed the heads of NABU and the SAPO with a “fortune-teller,” although he later said he had no connection to fortune-tellers.
