Zelenskyy Removed Mudra from the Anti-Corruption Working Group
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has reshuffled the working group tasked with developing proposals regarding Ukraine’s participation in the OECD’s efforts to combat bribery in international commercial transactions.
Iryna Mudra was removed from the group and is no longer serving as its secretary. In addition, Volodymyr Dubovyk, Taras Kachka, and Pavlo Lysenko were removed from the group.
Instead, Oleksandr Abakumov, head of the First Main Detective Division of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), who is involved, in particular, in the investigation of the “Midas” case, has been added to the group.
Zelenskyy approved the corresponding changes by decree on September 2. However, the document does not appoint Abakumov as secretary of the working group.

As of August 27, the bail set by the court at 20 million hryvnias for Iryna Mudra, the former deputy head of the Office of the President, had not yet been posted.
