Zelenskyy stated that Russian oil ports have suffered significant losses due to Ukrainian sanctions
Ukrainian sanctions and strikes are leading to a decline in Russian oil exports, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated following a briefing by Oleg Lugovsky, head of the Foreign Intelligence Service.
According to intelligence reports, a decline in cargo volumes has been recorded at three key Russian ports:
— Primorsk — down 13%
— Novorossiysk — down 38%
— Ust-Luga — down 43%
At the same time, Zelenskyy noted that these figures are based on internal Russian statistics, which may be incomplete, so the actual losses could turn out to be even greater.
The president emphasized that Ukraine will continue actions aimed at reducing Russia’s oil revenues and decreasing export volumes.
In Tuapse, residents were urged to evacuate following a drone attack (video).
Residents of the Russian city of Tuapse are increasingly complaining about unbearable living conditions in the frontline city. The once-popular resort has turned into an area of environmental disaster and constant danger due to regular explosions at local industrial facilities.
In Tuapse, Russia, the city beach was covered with a new layer of pebbles while cleaning up the aftermath of an oil spill. At the same time, local residents and environmentalists claim that traces of fuel oil are still visible near the water and that a full cleanup has not taken place.
