President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that his children are staying in Ukraine during the full-scale war.
Zelenskyy made this statement on the talk show “Better at Home!” on the Office of the President’s YouTube channel.
According to the head of state, his daughter Oleksandra and son Kyrylo are at home in Ukraine. The President noted that he is proud of their choice and believes that home is the best place to be.
Zelenskyy also thanked Ukrainians, particularly young people, who are returning from abroad, emphasizing that the country needs its people right now, during the war, and not just after it ends.
Prior to this, Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decrees No. 317/2026 and No. 318/2026 awarding state honors to over 1,000 Ukrainian servicemen, some of whom received the awards posthumously.
The President of Ukraine congratulated Georgia on Independence Day. Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized Ukraine’s readiness to develop mutually beneficial cooperation and partnership relations between the two countries.
