63 combat engagements across the entire frontline in one day
Since the start of the day, Ukrainian forces have repelled 63 enemy attacks along the entire line of contact. The enemy used artillery, air strikes and multiple launch rocket systems, but Ukrainian defenders are holding their positions. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, the enemy used aircraft twice, dropped five guided bombs and carried out 37 shelling attacks, two of them involving MLRS.
In the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy attacked Ukrainian positions five times near Vovchansk, Starytsia and towards Izbytske and Lyman.
In the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian troops repelled an attempted advance near Bohuslavka.
In the Lyman direction, the aggressor attacked five times near Zarychne, Yampil and towards Novoserhiivka and Druzhyliubivka; three engagements are still ongoing.
In the Sloviansk direction, two enemy attempts to advance near Dronivka and Platonivka were repelled, with one battle still continuing.
The Kramatorsk direction remains stable, with no new attacks recorded.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy attacked positions near Oleksandro-Shultyne, Shcherbynivka and Pleshchiivka, as well as towards Kostiantynivka, Stepanivka, Novopavlivka and Sofiivka. Nine attacks were repelled, while two engagements are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy carried out 20 attacks near Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Rivne, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Molodetske and Filiia. Fighting continues at five locations.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled six attacks, with two engagements still ongoing. Velykomykhailivka came under an air strike.
In the Huliaipole direction, 11 combat engagements were recorded, with the enemy advancing near Solodke, Huliaipole and towards Varvarivka; five battles are still underway.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions but carried out guided bomb strikes on Orikhiv and Zaporizhzhia.
In the Dnipro River direction, two attempts by the enemy to approach Ukrainian positions near the Antonivskyi Bridge ended unsuccessfully.
“Our units are successfully holding positions along the entire frontline. The enemy is suffering losses and is not advancing,” the General Staff stated.
