Attack on Kyiv: 14 victims, including a child
On the night of 25 November, Kyiv suffered a massive attack by Russian troops, which left 14 people injured, including one child. Eight people were hospitalised.
According to Mayor Vitali Klitschko, the death toll has now reached six.
The attack was carried out using drones and various types of missiles, including Kinzhal, Kalibr, and Iskander-K. Several districts of Kyiv were shelled, including Darnytskyi, Pecherskyi, and Sviatoshynskyi, resulting in damage to residential buildings, including a 22-storey building in the Pecherskyi district, where fires broke out.
Rescue services are currently working to eliminate the consequences of the attack and provide medical assistance to the victims. The area is being searched for possible casualties.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga said that Russia's night-time attack with drones and various types of missiles on Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine was a “terrorist response” to the peace proposals of the United States and former President Donald Trump.
As a result of the massive Russian strike on the capital, six people were killed and 13 were injured, including one child. Rescuers managed to evacuate 18 victims and provided psychological assistance to 57 residents.
