Data as of 3 December confirms systematic losses by the enemy in all types of weapons, from personnel to high-tech equipment, reflecting the intensity and effectiveness of Ukraine's defensive operations.

The Russian armed forces continue to attack Ukraine, in particular by striking strategic energy and defence infrastructure facilities. For its part, the European Commission is working on a mechanism that would allow frozen Russian assets to be used for the country's recovery.
