Five regions of Ukraine were partially left without power due to shelling by Russia
Due to the hostilities and Russian attacks on energy infrastructure, some consumers in five regions have been left without power.
As of the morning of September 15, power outages were reported in the Volyn, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, and Kherson regions. Restoration work is underway where the security situation permits.
In Zaporizhzhia Oblast, a Russian drone attacked an energy facility. Two utility workers were injured and taken to the hospital.
Due to inclement weather, consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, and Sumy regions also remain without electricity.
No electricity consumption restrictions are expected on September 15. The Ministry of Energy has urged residents to use high-power electrical appliances between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. whenever possible.

One person was killed and two others were injured as a result of Russia’s morning attack on the Kyiv region.
As a reminder, fires broke out at industrial facilities in the Kyiv region due to the Russian attack.
Russia also launched a massive attack on Kyiv, killing and injuring civilians.
Later, rescue workers showed the aftermath of the strikes on Kyiv.
