As a result of the Russian Federation's massive strikes on Izyum, the number of casualties has risen to 10 people
Ten people were injured as a result of massive airstrikes by Russian forces on downtown Izyum. This was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Kharkiv Oblast. Guided bombs struck residential neighborhoods, causing damage and two fires, which rescue workers quickly extinguished.
Russian forces struck the city during the night and morning of September 15. In Izyum, private homes, apartment buildings, and an administrative building were damaged, as were water supply networks and power lines. Due to the destruction of infrastructure, part of the city currently remains without electricity and water.
The city has been under massive attack involving multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS) and guided aerial bombs for the second day in a row. The day before, on September 14, a 26-year-old man was killed and 15 others were wounded as a result of enemy shelling.

Power outages caused by Russian attacks have been recorded in three regions of Ukraine.
One person was killed and two others were injured as a result of Russia’s morning attack on the Kyiv region.
As a reminder, fires broke out at industrial facilities in the Kyiv region due to the Russian attack.
Russia also launched a massive attack on Kyiv, killing and injuring civilians.
