The "Chervonyi Khutir" and "Boryspilskaya" metro stations were damaged in a Russian missile attack on Kyiv
On the night of May 13–14, Russian forces launched a massive combined attack on Kyiv, using ballistic missiles and kamikaze drones. The capital’s metro infrastructure came under fire, with damage reported at the Chervonyi Khutir and Boryspilskaya stations.
In the Darnytskyi district, the Chervonyi Khutir metro station was damaged by falling debris or a blast wave.
The protective canopy over the station entrance was significantly damaged. The transparent roof, which protected passengers from the weather, was partially destroyed, and debris from the structure is scattered around the entrance.
The Boryspilskaya metro station was also damaged. Utility services and specialized experts are already working at the site.
They are currently surveying the area, assessing the extent of the damage, and clearing debris from the entrance.
Despite the damage to the stations, there is currently no information regarding changes to the metro schedule in this area.
The Kyiv Metro has not yet officially commented on the consequences of the Russian shelling.
Several districts of the capital were hit, and in the Darnytskyi district, a direct rocket strike was recorded at a gas station belonging to the “BRSM-Nafta” network.
One of the longest air raid alerts in the capital has ended, lasting 7 hours and 52 minutes due to a massive enemy attack.

In the Odesa region, two people were injured and port infrastructure was damaged due to the Russian attack
In the Kyiv region, seven people were injured in a Russian attack, including a three-year-old child.
