The State Emergency Service has released the names of the rescuers who died in the attack on Kharkiv
The State Emergency Service has released the names of the rescuers who were killed during a second Russian strike on a civilian facility in Kharkiv. At the time of the attack, they were clearing up the aftermath of the previous shelling. According to the State Emergency Service, nine other rescuers were injured.
Four firefighters from Kharkiv’s 6th State Fire and Rescue Unit were killed in the attack:
- Dmytro Boiko, squad commander and chief master sergeant of the Civil Protection Service;
- firefighter-rescuer, Civil Protection Service Sergeant Danylo Tishchenko;
- firefighter-rescuer, Civil Protection Service Sergeant Serhiy Makovetskyi;
- driver, Master Sergeant of the Civil Protection Service Vadym Zinchenko.

As a reminder, Russia attacked the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, causing a fire.
Prior to this, Russian KABs struck the Zaporizhzhia region, resulting in injuries.
As a result of the Russian attack on Kharkiv, State Emergency Service rescuers were killed.
