Filatov reported that Russian occupiers fired cluster munitions along the Dnipro River
The Russian army launched a brutal attack on Dnipro, using cluster munitions to maximize civilian casualties.
Nine people were killed in the enemy attack, including a three-year-old child.
Mayor Boris Filatov emphasized that the occupiers deliberately targeted these areas with such weapons to kill as many civilians, police officers, rescue workers, and utility workers as possible.

The invaders’ war crime caused massive destruction to the residential sector and urban infrastructure.
Damage to 50 buildings has been officially confirmed, with 7 of them virtually completely destroyed by the enemy. In addition, over 2,100 windows were shattered in residential areas, and approximately 30 residents’ vehicles were damaged.
Rescue workers are currently continuing their search operation, as six people remain unaccounted for.
The mayor of Dnipro specifically drew attention to the nature of the damage to the road surface, which clearly indicates the use of prohibited weapons.
Boris Filatov reported this on Facebook.
