Flash reveals new Russian Shahed drone tactics
Russian occupiers have intensified strikes with Shahed drones on Ukrainian Armed Forces positions along the front line, reaching depths of up to 20 km. This is a response to the effective air defence over populated areas.
The change in tactics was reported by Serhii ‘Flash’ Beskrestnov on Telegram.
“The enemy sees how effectively we are working against Shahed drones across Ukraine using all available means. And they are trying to figure out what to do. While they are considering how to avoid losing Shaheds in their rear areas, they decided to attack the front line with them to depths ranging from zero to 20 km,” Beskrestnov wrote.
A large proportion of the drones are controlled online — such concentration near the front line has not been observed before.
As a reminder, Serhii Flash has emphasised the need to restrict SIM card sales during wartime.
Additionally, Mykhailo Fedorov appointed Flash as an advisor on defence technologies.
