Russian forces attacked Dnipro with drones overnight, injuring one person. In the city, damage was reported to a college building, the House of Organ Music, and one of the local businesses. According to local authorities, air defense forces shot down 24 enemy drones.

On the night of June 15, Russia struck Dnipro with missiles and Shahed drones: one of the college buildings was destroyed, and the blast wave shattered windows at a school and a cultural institution. A 64-year-old man was injured and hospitalized in moderate condition. Over the past 24 hours, the enemy also attacked five districts of the region nearly 30 times.

The Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration reported on the consequences of the attack. The head of the administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, noted that the House of Organ and Chamber Music was damaged by the strike on Dnipro. A fire broke out at the damaged facility—rescue workers extinguished it. Air defense forces shot down 24 enemy drones over the region.

"Due to the Russian attack on Dnipro, one of the college buildings was destroyed, and the blast wave shattered windows at a school and a cultural institution. The House of Organ and Chamber Music was also damaged by the Russian night attack,” said Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

In addition to Dnipro, several districts in the region came under attack. In the Nikopol district, the Russians targeted the district center, as well as the Pokrovska and Chervonohryhorivska communities—damaging a clinic, a market, an educational institution, and an apartment building. In the Synelnykivskyi district, the Vasylkivska and Petropavlivska communities were affected: a business, an educational institution, an apartment building, and a private home were destroyed. In the Kryvyi Rih region, in the Zelenodolsk community, a business was damaged and a 46-year-old man was wounded—he is in the hospital in moderate condition. In the Pavlohrad district, the enemy targeted the Troitska community: a private home and cars were destroyed.

The strike on the House of Organ and Chamber Music is yet another example of the Russian Federation’s targeted attacks on Ukraine’s cultural heritage. That same night, Russia struck the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, where a massive fire broke out in the Assumption Cathedral. These events demonstrate the systematic nature of the destruction of cultural and educational sites across Ukraine.

Dnipro remains one of the most heavily targeted cities in the country. The enemy regularly employs combined strikes—using drones, missiles, and aerial bombs—to hit as many civilian targets as possible simultaneously. This time, educational institutions, cultural facilities, businesses, and residential buildings in five districts of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast came under fire.
