On June 4, the General Staff updated the map of combat operations and recorded 279 clashes
As of June 4, 2026, 279 combat engagements were recorded along the front line over the past 24 hours. The situation remains most tense in the Pokrovsk direction, where Ukrainian defenders repelled 43 enemy assaults and continue to hold back the enemy’s advance.
The enemy carried out three missile strikes (firing three missiles) and 74 airstrikes, including the dropping of 232 guided bombs. In addition, the invaders deployed 10,221 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,435 shelling attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions, 57 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.
The aggressor carried out airstrikes, particularly in the areas of the settlements of Lynove, Bachivsk, and Sloboda in Sumy Oblast.
Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation struck four command posts, eight areas where enemy personnel were concentrated, an artillery system, a drone control center, and one other important enemy target.
Two combat engagements took place over the past day in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions. The enemy carried out two airstrikes using five guided bombs and fired on our troops’ positions and populated areas 66 times, including two attacks using multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy launched eleven assaults on the positions of our units near Staritsa, Lyman, Vilcha, Izbytske, and Okhrimivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, our defenders repelled four enemy attacks near Novoplatonivka, Podoly, and Kupiansk.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled 21 attempts by the invaders to advance near Derylove, Drobysheve, Stavky, Lyman, Ozerny, Novoselivka, and Yampol.
In the Sloviansk direction, over the past 24 hours, our defenders repelled nineteen attempts by the occupiers to advance in the areas of Rai-Oleksandrivka, Kaleniky, Riznykivka, Kryva Luka, and Zakytne.
In the Kramatorsk sector, our defenders repelled one enemy attack near the village of Pryvillia.
In the Kostiantynivka sector, the enemy carried out twelve attacks near Kostiantynivka, Ivanopil, Rusyn Yar, and Illinivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders repelled 43 enemy assaults in the areas of Vilne, Kucheriv Yar, Kotlyne, Serhiivka, Vasylivka, Rodynske, Hryshyne, Pokrovsk, Novomykolaivka, Novopavlivka, and Udachne.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy attempted to advance fourteen times in the areas of Vorone, Voskresenka, Sichneve, Hrushevskyi, Verbove, and Ternove.
In the Huliaipole sector, the occupiers launched 37 attacks in the areas of Pryluky, Dobropillia,
Tsvitkove, Solodke, Vozdvizhivka, Zaliznychne, Olenokostyantynivka, Varvarivka, Huliaipil, Staroukrainka, Zatyshshia, and Charivne.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attempted five times to breach the defenses near Shcherbakiv, Stepove, Kam’yanske, and Stepnogorsk.
In the Dnipro direction, no offensive actions by the occupiers were recorded.
In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of enemy offensive groupings were detected.











In total, over the past day, the losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1,300 personnel. In addition, the Defense Forces destroyed four tanks, three armored combat vehicles, 75 artillery systems, four multiple launch rocket systems, fourteen ground-based robotic systems, 2,111 unmanned aerial vehicles, 396 vehicles, and three units of specialized equipment, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Earlier, the Main Intelligence Directorate reported on drones with a range of up to 3,500 km.
Ukraine’s unmanned systems forces reported the destruction of two Tu-142 aircraft and an Iskander operational-tactical missile system at a military airfield in Taganrog, Russia.
