The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that a Russian FSB patrol ship had been struck

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced a strike on July 18 against yet another “Svitlyak”-class patrol vessel used by the FSB’s Border Service. In addition, the General Staff confirmed a series of morning strikes on vessels in the Black Sea and oil depots in the Moscow region, and also reported a strike on a bridge in the occupied Luhansk region.

“On the night of July 18, 2026, as part of efforts to reduce the military and economic potential of the Russian aggressor, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of important military and military-economic targets of the enemy. The “Nafto-Service” oil depot in Noginsk, Moscow Oblast, was struck. A direct hit on the facility was recorded, followed by a fire on the premises. The oil depot is used to store and supply fuel and lubricants, in particular to meet the needs of the Russian Federation’s armed forces,” the General Staff’s statement said.

Two tankers, two floating cranes, and one tugboat were also struck in the waters of the Azov and Black Seas. The tankers are used to transport Russian oil, petroleum products, and fuel for the Russian Federation’s armed forces. The floating cranes and tugs support port operations, the transport of military cargo, the loading and unloading of equipment, and the functioning of the enemy’s maritime logistics.

“Separately, the Project 10410 patrol ship *Svetlyak* was struck in Kerch (Autonomous Republic of Crimea). This is already the second Project 10410 “Svetlyak” vessel struck by the Ukrainian Defense Forces in the last two days. Project 10410 "Svetlyak" are designed for patrolling maritime waters and escorting ships and vessels, and can also be deployed to support the operations of the Russian Federation’s naval forces and other security agencies,” the General Staff’s statement said.

A railway bridge across the Bila River near Sabivka in the Luhansk region, which the enemy uses for military logistics, was also struck.

As a reminder, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed strikes on the Russian logistics center Wildberries on July 18. He added that this hub was used to supply components for UAVs.

A cloud of smoke from the burning Wildberries warehouses and an oil depot blanketed the Moscow region.

On the night of July 18, Ukrainian UAVs attacked the Russian Wildberries logistics center in Elektrostal, near Moscow, and in the Tombovsk region.

On July 18, Ukrainian drones struck 13 Russian ships in the Azov and Black Seas.
