In Four Settlements of Kherson Region, Rescuers Are Forcibly Evacuating 46 Children
In the Kherson region, a new stage of mandatory evacuation has been announced, involving the forcible relocation of children together with their families.
This was reported by the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
Due to the critical security situation and continuous shelling, a decision was made to evacuate 46 minors from four settlements in the Stanislav and Kherson communities.
The corresponding decision was made by the Coordination Headquarters for the Implementation of Evacuation Measures. The main goal is to protect the lives of children who are under constant fire from occupying forces in the frontline zone.
Some families have already chosen their future places of residence, selecting safer areas within the Kherson community, as well as in Mykolaiv and Odesa.
Authorities are actively working to provide housing for all evacuated persons across different regions of the country.
Preliminary arrangements have been made for placing families in Kryvyi Rih. In addition, readiness to accommodate people has been confirmed in the Poltava, Kirovohrad, Volyn, Vinnytsia, and Odesa regions.
“There are preliminary arrangements regarding the possible placement of families in Kryvyi Rih, as well as in the Poltava, Kirovohrad, Volyn, Vinnytsia, and Odesa regions,” the ministry emphasized.
It is worth recalling that in the Dnipropetrovsk region, a forced evacuation was announced from five frontline villages.
Additionally, about 11,000 residents remain in the Druzhkivka community.
