The occupiers fired multiple rocket launchers at Izyum, wounding three civilians
Today, April 19, the Russian army shelled the city of Izyum in the Kharkiv region using multiple launch rocket systems.
As a result of the enemy attack, three local residents sustained injuries of varying severity.
According to regional police, an enemy shell struck a local bathhouse directly. The strike caused significant damage to the building and also damaged a car parked nearby.
Among the injured were a 34-year-old woman and two men aged 31 and 63. All the injured received prompt medical care on-site and at medical facilities.
An investigative team arrived at the scene, assessed the extent of the damage, and collected physical evidence. Law enforcement officers thoroughly documented the consequences of this latest war crime against the civilian population.
Investigators have already entered the relevant information into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations. A case has been opened under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, concerning violations of the laws and customs of war.
