The number of people injured in the attack on a school in Sumy has risen to 11

In Sumy, the number of people injured as a result of the Russian shelling of an educational institution has risen to 11. According to the Sumy City Council, three children are among the injured. All of the victims are local residents who live near the site of the strike or were in the vicinity during the enemy attack.

Most of the victims received medical care on an outpatient basis or directly at the scene. Currently, a 56-year-old woman is in the hospital undergoing the necessary medical examinations. Experts continue to assess the consequences of yet another terrorist act by Russian forces against the city’s civilian infrastructure.

The Sumy City Council reported this on Telegram.

As a result of the massive Russian attack on the night of July 2, public transportation routes in Kyiv have been altered. This was caused by damage to the overhead contact system, a power outage, and cleanup efforts following the enemy shelling.
 
As a result of the massive shelling of Kyiv by Russian forces on the night of July 2, a fire broke out in the building of the O. V. Palladin Institute of Biochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The research institution noted that no one was injured as a result of this emergency.
