The death toll in Kyiv has risen to three following the Russian strike
In the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv, the body of another victim was recovered from the rubble of a high-rise building. This brings the death toll from the Russian attack to three. Search and rescue operations are ongoing, and 28 people have already been rescued.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported this on Facebook on May 14.
“The body of another victim of the massive attack was recovered from the rubble of a high-rise building in the Darnytskyi district. Information is being updated,” the post stated.


As a reminder, on the night of May 14, an air raid alert lasted nearly eight hours in Kyiv. In the Kyiv region, seven people were injured as a result of the Russian attack, including a three-year-old child. In Kyiv, more than 30 people have been wounded following the massive shelling.
