Earlier reports indicated four fatalities and over 40 injured as a result of the massive attack. The situation at the sites of the strikes remains difficult, and rescue services are working around the clock.
As of 11:35 a.m., more than 10 people are considered missing as a result of the nighttime shelling of Kyiv. The search and rescue operation is ongoing, Interior Minister Klymenko said.
