In the Bohodukhiv district, Russian FPV drones attacked civilian vehicles and killed two men

On October 2, Russian forces attacked civilian vehicles in the Bohodukhiv district of Kharkiv Oblast using FPV drones. Two men were killed in the strikes.

 

According to the investigation, at approximately 8:25 a.m., an FPV drone struck a VAZ 2101 traveling on the Zolochiv–Dergachi highway near the village of Myronivka. The 66-year-old driver, a resident of the village of Dovzhik, was killed by the direct hit.

Another strike occurred at approximately 9:50 a.m. near the village of Skovorodynivka in the Zolochiv community. A Russian FPV drone attacked a tractor traveling on the highway. The 50-year-old tractor operator was killed as a result of the direct hit.

Under the procedural guidance of the Bohodukhiv District Prosecutor’s Office of Kharkiv Oblast, pretrial investigations have been launched into the commission of war crimes resulting in the loss of life (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
