Six Russian drones were shot down in the Cherkasy region; one person was injured

Six Russian drones were shot down in the skies over the Cherkasy region over the past 24 hours. A man was injured in Uman when debris from an enemy target fell.

“The night in the region passed calmly. However, we spent practically the entire previous day on high alert,” noted the head of the Regional Military Administration.

According to Ihor Taburets, debris from a downed Russian drone fell in Uman, injuring a man.

The victim received the necessary medical care but refused hospitalization.

This was reported by Ihor Taburets, head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, on Telegram.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops carried out 771 strikes on 41 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. Three civilians were wounded as a result of the attacks.

Russian troops launched a series of strikes on the Sumy region. As a result of the shelling, two people were killed and another 16 were wounded or injured, according to the National Police of Ukraine.

Since the evening of September 30, Russian forces have attacked the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region more than ten times. A civilian man was killed as a result of the strikes.

In the Pechersk district of the capital, debris from a drone fell into the yard of a private building.

A drone strike in the Kyiv region caused a fire in several buildings; two people were rescued.

As a reminder, debris from a Russian drone caused a fire in a five-story building in Kyiv.

Following Russia’s overnight attack on Kyiv, an educational institution was hit.
