The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported that Russian forces deliberately targeted the region’s critical and social infrastructure.

Residential neighborhoods were also hit: one high-rise building and at least five private homes in various communities were damaged.
In addition to homes, the occupiers destroyed a gas station, agricultural equipment, and residents’ private vehicles. Such actions are aimed at completely destroying the conditions for living and working in the de-occupied areas of the region.
The consequences of the enemy’s aggression over the past 24 hours have been extremely severe for civilians. As a result of Russian shelling, 12 people sustained injuries of varying severity, including one child.

Military administrations and volunteers continue efforts to ensure the safety of the population. Yesterday, five people were successfully evacuated from liberated communities in the region; they had decided to leave the zone of constant shelling to save their lives.
Medical personnel are providing all victims with necessary assistance; however, the intensity of kamikaze drone attacks poses a constant danger to the work of emergency services.
