Six people were killed and 26 others wounded in the Kherson region over the past 24 hours as a result of Russian attacks
Over the past 24 hours, six people were killed as a result of massive Russian military strikes on populated areas in the Kherson region.
In addition, 26 civilians sustained injuries of varying severity, including one child.
Occupation forces carried out systematic drone attacks and artillery shelling of residential areas throughout the region.
The following areas came under enemy fire: Antonivka, Zelenivka, Naddniprianske, Sadove, Pryozernoye, Molodizhne, Prydniprovske, Komyshany, Zymivnyk, Posad — Pokrovske, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Shyroka Balka, Oleksandrivka, Romashkove, Kizomys, Rozliv, Zorivka, Novodmytrivka, Nadiivka, Tomyna Balka, Dniprovske, Myrolyubivka, Mykilsk, Ponyativka, Darivka, Ivanivka, Tokarivka, Beryslav, Charivne, Chervonyi Yar, Novoraysk, Novokayri, Tavriiske, Tarasa Shevchenka, Tyahynka, Rakivka, Zamozhne, Velyka Oleksandrivka, Stiyke, Urozhayne, Lvivski Otruby, Vysoke, Trifonivka, Burgunka, Milove, Mykhailivka, Gavrylivka, Odradokamyanka, Sablukivka, Kozatske, and the regional center—the city of Kherson.
Due to intense attacks by the invaders, significant damage to the residential sector and critical elements of utility networks was recorded.
Shells and debris damaged three high-rise buildings, five private homes, and an administrative building.
In addition, a cell tower and several private vehicles belonging to local residents were hit. Rescue services and emergency medical teams were quickly deployed to the affected areas.
This was officially announced by the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, in his statement.
