In the Kyiv region, air defense forces engaged Russian drones
On the morning of September 16, enemy UAVs were detected in the sky over the Kyiv region. Air defense forces are engaging the aerial targets.
“The air raid alert is ongoing. We ask everyone to remain in shelters. Air defense forces are operating in the region. Under no circumstances should you take photos or videos of our defense forces in action, the downing of aerial targets, or their crashes,” according to a statement from the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
As a reminder, three Ukrainians who were fighting for Russia were captured in Chasovoy Yar.
On September 15, a Russian drone strike was recorded in Kyiv’s Svyatoshynsky District. Black smoke is rising from the site.
In the Solomyanskyi district of the capital, an impact was recorded on the grounds of a garage cooperative.
