Russians attacked a passenger bus in the Dnipropetrovsk region; there are fatalities and injuries
Russian troops struck a passenger bus in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Five people were killed and seven others were injured in the attack, according to Serhiy Hanzha, head of the regional military administration.
The invaders struck the bus with a drone in the Nikopol district.

“Five people were killed on the spot. The seven wounded are currently under medical supervision. They are receiving all necessary care,” the head of the regional military administration said.
Over the past 24 hours, 278 combat engagements were recorded on the front lines. Russian troops carried out the most assaults in the Pokrovsk direction—Ukrainian defenders repelled 43 enemy attacks.
As of September 16, 2026, the Ukrainian military had eliminated 1,530 Russian occupiers over the past 24 hours. The Russian Federation’s total military losses have increased by another 1,530 soldiers.
Since the beginning of the day on September 15, there have been 219 combat engagements on the front lines. Russian troops launched the most attacks in the Pokrovsk direction—there, Ukrainian forces repelled 38 assaults.
