Traffic restored on Odesa–Reni highway after missile attack
Traffic on the M-15 Odesa–Reni highway in Odesa Oblast has been fully restored following a Russian strike.
This was reported by Oleksii Biloshytskyi, Deputy Head of the Patrol Police Department, on his Telegram channel.
The restrictions had been in place on a section of the highway within the village of Maiaky.
“Traffic restrictions in both directions on the M-15 Odesa–Reni highway within the village of Maiaky have been lifted,” the patrol police representative wrote. Vehicle movement is now proceeding normally without any obstacles.
Drivers can once again use this important transport artery without taking detour routes.
Odesa has been without electricity for a week following an attack on energy infrastructure.
Queues had also formed at the border with Moldova on the Odesa–Reni highway due to a damaged bridge.
