Igor Postolov, a Ukrainian actor with the “Dakh” Theater, was killed on the front lines. The actor gave his life defending Ukraine in the war against the Russian occupiers.
“Igor Postolov died defending the Donetsk sector, but I will always remember him this way—young and handsome,” Gorbun wrote.
Andriy Vodychev, an actor at the Les Kurbas Academic Theater in Lviv, posted on Facebook: “Igor Postolov—an actor with the ‘Dakh’ Theater, a soldier, and a defender of Ukraine—has died. Handsome, talented, and wholehearted! A representative of the ‘golden age’ of the theater boom of the ’90s! May the memory of this radiant person live on!”
