The Russian army struck a gas station in the Zaporizhzhia region and launched a second attack while rescue workers were trying to put out the fire. There are no reported casualties at this time.
According to reports, the fire broke out in a liquefied gas tank following shelling, after which State Emergency Service units arrived to extinguish it.
While the rescue workers were on the scene, the enemy launched a second strike.
“While extinguishing a liquefied gas tank that had caught fire as a result of shelling, the Russians treacherously launched a second targeted strike against the rescue workers. An enemy drone struck one of the fire trucks,” the report states.
The State Emergency Service noted that the personnel managed to take cover, which prevented any casualties.
The fire was quickly extinguished. According to preliminary data, there were no injuries or fatalities.
