The highest number of Russian attacks in the past 24 hours was recorded in the Pokrovsk direction – General Staff

Since the start of the day, there have been 133 combat engagements on the front line, 33 of which took place in the Pokrovsk area.

This is reported in the summary from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of the evening of April 15

In addition to infantry attacks, the invaders deployed over 5,600 kamikaze drones and dropped 137 guided bombs on Ukrainian military positions and populated areas. The highest intensity of fighting was also observed in the Kostyantynivka (12 attacks) and Huliaipole (11 attacks) sectors. In the Pokrovsk sector, the Defense Forces eliminated 62 invaders, destroyed 12 pieces of equipment, and shot down over 70 enemy drones. Isolated assaults and attempts by Russian forces to advance were also recorded in the Kupiansk, Lyman, Sloviansk, and Kramatorsk sectors, where defenders repelled most of the attacks. In the Dnipro sector, five enemy attempts to advance toward the Antonivsky Bridge proved futile. The General Staff notes that Orikhiv, Vozdvyzhivka, and other frontline villages were subjected to airstrikes, while the situation in key sectors remains under the control of Ukrainian units.

Over the 24-hour period ending April 14, 184 combat engagements took place on the front, with the highest number occurring in the Pokrovsk direction. Russian forces actively employed aircraft, drones, and artillery in an attempt to apply pressure along the entire line of contact. Defense forces are holding back the attacks and wearing down the enemy.

Ukrainian military personnel are also changing their approach to using Patriot systems due to a shortage of missiles. Instead of deploying several interceptors against a single target, they now often launch just one.

DeepState analysts report an expansion of the Russian “gray zone” along the border in the Sumy region, which, according to their estimates, already covers about 150 square kilometers.
