Occupiers Create First “Young Army Class” in Mariupol School

Russian occupiers officially opened the first “Young Army class” in temporarily occupied Mariupol at local School No. 41.

The main purpose of this initiative is the militarization of Ukrainian youth and the preparation of a future mobilization reserve for the aggressor’s armed forces.

During the ceremonial opening of the specialized class, children were forced to take an “oath” of loyalty to the occupying country.

The students officially became members of the organization “Young Army,” which operates under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Defense of Russia.

Instead of following the standard educational program, students will now study drill training, tactical medicine, and undergo a course in ideological indoctrination.

The school administration openly declares its intention to train personnel for the Russian armed forces directly within the occupation.

The school’s leadership does not conceal the true goals of creating such military cells within the educational institution.

“We aim to raise the future defenders of the country,” the director of the occupation school cynically stated during a speech to the students.

The Mariupol City Council reports that similar “Young Army” cells are already actively operating in Schools No. 26 and No. 7.

Last year, the occupiers issued a decree requiring all schools in the city to closely cooperate with this movement.

It is worth recalling that in Mariupol, Russia is constructing the largest military-patriotic center called “Voin” (“Warrior”).

Additionally, in occupied Mariupol, tram tracks were dismantled due to a shortage of electricity.
