In Zhmerynka, Vinnytsia Oblast, a direct hit was recorded as a result of an attack by Russian forces, leaving part of the city and nearby settlements without power. This was reported by Acting Mayor Vadym Kozhukhovsky.
According to preliminary information, there were no casualties or injuries as a result of the shelling. All relevant emergency services are working at the scene. The official urged residents not to post photos or videos from the site of the strike and not to share information about its exact location.
