Ozon has concealed the addresses of 56 warehouses in Russia
Ozon removed the addresses of 56 Russian warehouses from public access at least 20 days before the first strikes on them. At the same time, the addresses of the company’s four overseas logistics centers remained accessible, and it was not possible to determine the exact date when the Russian addresses were removed.
In the “Knowledge Base” section, where Ozon publishes key information about its logistics centers for sellers—names, hours of operation, details, and contact information— — the actual and legal addresses, links to coordinates on “Yandex Maps,” and directions have disappeared from the listings for Russian warehouses.
At the same time, the listings for four overseas warehouses—in Astana, Almaty, Minsk, and Yerevan—remain fully detailed, with addresses and directions.
It was not possible to determine the exact date when the information was removed. However, on August 3, in the dedicated chat “Ozon FBO: Help with Deliveries,” one user wrote that the addresses of warehouses and sorting centers had disappeared from the “Knowledge Base,” although the names and contact details remained.
At the same time, on July 21, that same user posted the address of the Ozon warehouse in Vnukovo in the chat, noting that he had taken it directly from the “Knowledge Base,” meaning that the addresses of Russian centers were still publicly available there at least until the end of July.
Ozon’s customer support team replied to the user that the information in the help section is being updated, and that the exact address and directions are now provided to sellers individually—via their personal account when placing a delivery request or by contacting technical support.

Earlier, warehouses caught fire in Akulovo, near Moscow.
As a reminder, Ukrainian Armed Forces drones flew as far as the Arkhangelsk region—located approximately 1,900 km from the border with Ukraine—for the first time. Their target may have been the Plesetsk Cosmodrome, Russia’s only active military spaceport.
